Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This page summarizes MiniSign processor commitments for customer document workflows.

Last updated: March 8, 2026

Roles

For customer-uploaded document and signer data, customers generally act as data controllers and MiniSign acts as a data processor.

Processor commitments

  • Process personal data only on customer instructions and to provide the service.
  • Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
  • Assist with data subject requests where legally required.
  • Support deletion or return of data at end of services, subject to legal retention obligations.

Subprocessors

MiniSign uses vetted subprocessors for infrastructure and transactional services. Current subprocessors are listed on the dedicated subprocessor page.

How to request a signed DPA

Customers can request a signed DPA by contacting privacy@minisign.com from an authorized account email address.

Optional product analytics

Help us improve onboarding, pricing, billing, and dashboard flows. Analytics never include document content, signer emails, or signature data and are synced to your account when you are signed in.
