Service scope

MiniSign provides tools to upload, send, sign, and manage electronic documents. You are responsible for the documents and workflows you create.

Account responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use lawful content and obtain required permissions from signers.
• Do not abuse or attempt to disrupt MiniSign systems.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, harassment, or fraudulent behavior.
• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate-limited endpoints.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or signing-token protections.

Billing and plan limits

Paid plans and usage limits are described in-product. Fees are billed through approved payment processors.

Data and records

You retain ownership of your content. MiniSign processes content to deliver signing functionality, security controls, and audit records.

Termination

You can stop using MiniSign at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, abuse, or legal requirements.
